“He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the universe.” – Marco Aurelio

There is a need to analyze our weaknesses and strengths and strive for a happy and contended life. Lack of mental and physical well-being caused by unhappy situations or stimuli are not under our control. Therefore, it is desirable for the individual to operate in situations where demands and coping skills are balanced. So, if we want to turn back the clock and lay the groundwork for a better tomorrow, it’s time to take a closer look at the only thing we can really change; Ourselves. We have to transform our personality and have to have a psycho, socio and emotional well-being. This will help ourselves not only in realizing our true potential but also in instilling a sense of accomplishment, and personal fulfillment.

With this aim in view, School of Education is organizing three days’ workshop on “ Personal Transformation and Psychological Well Being” from 31st January 2019 to 2nd February 2019.

Objective of Event:

  • To help individuals realize their potential and to develop the wisdom and skill to make their dreams come true.
