Department of Mechanical Engineering, School of Engineering & Technology is organizing an expert lecture on ‘Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)’ by Dr. Salim Mohamed Salim.
Objective of the Event:
The lecture will cover the vast applications of CFD in the various engineering disciplines and how CFD fits into the engineering design process including the fundamental sciences: maths and physics. The lecture will also cover ‘Computational Fluid Dynamics: Urban Airflow and Pollution Modelling’ touching on the impacts, methods of investigations and existing measurement challenges of air pollution in cities. This lecture will give the opportunity to the students to learn the advantages of employing the CFD technique and its application in various areas.
