Overview

Campus to Care – Industry Ready is a training initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional nursing practice. The program focuses on equipping final-year nursing students with the essential soft skills, professional etiquette, and interview competencies required to confidently transition from the classroom to the healthcare workplace. Through interactive sessions, pre-placement interviews, communication training, and career guidance, students are prepared to meet the expectations of leading healthcare organizations and succeed in campus placements.

Objectives of Event

  • To prepare final-year nursing students for successful campus placements and recruitment processes.
  • To enhance communication, interpersonal, and professional soft skills required in healthcare settings.
  • To build confidence in facing personal interviews, group discussions, and HR interactions.
  • To develop professional etiquette, grooming, and workplace ethics expected in the nursing profession.
  • To improve resume writing, self-introduction, and interview presentation skills.
  • To strengthen critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
  • To familiarize students with current industry expectations and hospital recruitment standards.
  • To increase employability and ensure students are industry-ready for a seamless transition from campus to clinical practice
