Sharda School of Business Studies is pleased to announce the launch of its Non Credit Value Added Course titled “Mindfulness and Emotional Well-being” (NV20001) for the students of BBA and B.Com 5th semester.
The course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding ofhealth and well-being from a holistic perspective. Through a combination of theory and experiential exercises, students will learn strategies for managing stress, enhancing emotional awareness, and integrating mindfulness into daily life to cultivate happiness and fulfilment.

Objectives of Event
The Objectives of the event are to enable students:
1. To introduce the concept of health, holistic well-being, and their importance in personal and professional life.
2. To develop understanding of stress, mind-body connection, and fundamentals of mindfulness.
3. To familiarize students with mindfulness techniques such as STOP, body scan, and meditation practices.
