Overview
The Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Reverse Learning Pedagogy is a structured training initiative designed to help educators transition from traditional, lecture-heavy teaching methods to modern, student-centered paradigms. The purpose of FDP is to introduce newly joined faculty members to the principles of Outcome-Based Education and reverse learning pedagogy in teaching learning practices.

• Train teachers to write measurable Course Outcomes (COs) and map them effectively to Program Outcomes (POs) and assessment rubrics.
• Provide practical templates for recording pre-class content and managing high-energy, collaborative classroom hours.
• Help institutions fulfill mandates from bodies like the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) or accreditation standards like NBA and NAAC.
• Train educators to leverage digital learning management systems (LMS) and AI-driven assessment tools to track student growth.
