Overview

Deeksharambh – Orientation Program SSD 2026 is an induction and orientation programme organized by the Sharda School of Design, Sharda University under the theme “Yuva Shakti – Viksit Bharat”, to welcome and familiarize the new batch of students with the academic, professional, creative, and co-curricular environment of the School.

Objectives of Event

The intended objectives are to:

• To familiarize students with the academic structure, curriculum, OBE framework, assessment, evaluation, and examination system.
• To help students understand the scope and relevance of Design in contemporary society and professional practice.
• To provide awareness about career opportunities, skill development, internships, online courses, and professional growth.
• To facilitate interaction between students, faculty, mentors, alumni, and industry/professional networks.
• To encourage students to participate in creative workshops, talent activities, cultural and co-curricular opportunities.
