Overview
Deeksharambh – Orientation Program SSCSE 2026 is an induction and orientation programme organized by the Sharda School of Computing Science & Engineering (SSCSE), Sharda University, under the theme “Yuva Shakti – Viksit Bharat 2047”. The programme is designed to welcome and familiarize the new batch of students with the academic, professional, technological, and co-curricular environment of the School. The orientation brings together students from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and the Department of Computer Science & Applications (CSA), providing them with an insight into academic programmes, career opportunities, innovation, industry engagement, student activities, and the overall learning ecosystem of SSCSE.
Objectives of Event
The primary objectives of Deeksharambh – Orientation Program SSCSE 2026 are:
- To warmly welcome and introduce new students to the Sharda School of Computing Science & Engineering (SSCSE) and its academic environment.
- To familiarize students with the Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and Department of Computer Science & Applications (CSA), their programmes, curriculum, and academic practices.
- To acquaint students with the university’s academic policies, facilities, resources, clubs, societies, and support services.
- To provide awareness about career opportunities, industry exposure, emerging technologies, innovation, research, and entrepreneurship in the field of computing and applications.
- To encourage students to actively participate in co-curricular, extracurricular, technical, cultural, and professional activities.
- To promote the spirit of “Yuva Shakti – Viksit Bharat” by motivating students to develop the knowledge, skills, creativity, leadership, and responsible citizenship required to contribute to a developed India.
- To facilitate interaction among students, faculty members, coordinators, and academic leadership, helping new students begin their university journey with confidence.
