Sharda School of Law, Sharda University is organizing a guest lecture on “Practical Nuances of Indian Contract Law” will be organized on 8th October 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, featuring Adv. Bhumesh Verma as the guest speaker. The session aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and the practical application of contractual principles under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Objectives of Event

  1. To familiarize students with the practical application of contractual principles and legal provisions.
  2. To enhance students’ understanding of real-world contractual disputes and legal remedies.
