About the Event
The Indian Society for Clinical Research (ISCR) is organizing a comprehensive one-day Clinical Research Project Management Workshop designed to equip professionals and students with essential project management knowledge and practical skills required for successful clinical research execution. The workshop will provide expert-led sessions, real-world insights, and interactive discussions on project planning, scope management, financial stewardship, quality management, operational excellence, and emerging approaches in clinical research project management.
