  • Raise Awareness: Inform the public about cardiovascular disease, stroke, and their heavy global toll.
  • Educate on Risk Factors: Teach people about hidden symptoms, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and lifestyle habits like smoking and poor diet.
  • Promote Prevention: Encourage healthy daily habits, including balanced eating, physical activity, and stress management.
  • Encourage Action: Push governments, communities, and individuals to prioritize heart health policies and routine medical check-ups.
