Overview
Sharda School of Allied Health Sciences, in collaboration with Sharda Skills, Sharda University, is organizing a Non-Credit Value-Added Course titled "Transitioning from Academia to Industry (NV10005), from 15th July 2026 to 21st October 2026.
About the Event:
The value-added education courses aim to provide additional learner centric graded skill oriented technical training, with the primary objective of improving the employability skills of students.

Objectives of Event
At the end of the session the student will be able to :-
- Develop a creative resume cover letter, interpret job description and interpret KRA and KPI statement and art of conflict management.
- Negotiate skill to get maximum benefits from deals in practical file scenario.
- Develop skills of personal branding to create a brand image and self-branding.
- Acquire higher level competency in use of logical and analytical reasoning such as direction sense strong and weak arguments.
- Develop higher level strategies thinking and diverse mathematical concept through building analogies, odd and out.
- Demonstrate higher level quantitative aptitude such as average ratio and proportions & mixtures and allegation for making business decisions.
