Overview
DEEKSHARAMBH 2026, themed “Yuva Shakti, Viksit Bharat," will be organised by Sharda School of Pharmacy from 31 August to 5 September 2026, following the matriculation process held from 24–29 August 2026. The programme will provide a purposeful transition from admission to university life through academic orientation, professional awareness, mentoring, skill-building, student engagement, and value-based activities, fostering confident and responsible future pharmacists.
Objectives of Event
- To facilitate a smooth academic and social transition of newly admitted students into university life.
- To introduce students to the academic structure, curriculum, institutional values, and professional opportunities in pharmacy.
- To foster confidence, discipline, communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of belonging among freshers.
- To promote awareness of the role of young pharmacists in healthcare, innovation, entrepreneurship, and nation-building.
- To familiarize students with student support systems, mentoring, co-curricular activities, and campus resources.
- To inspire the spirit of “Yuva Shakti” and encourage students to contribute towards the vision of a “Viksit Bharat”.
