Overview

The Office of the Dean, Sharda School of Law, Sharda University is pleased to organise a Special Guest Lecture by Dr. Stephen G. Barnes, Professor at Penn State Dickinson Law, The Pennsylvania State University, on 8th September 2026.The topic of the lecture is Comparative Constitutional Law. The lecture will provide law students with an opportunity to engage with an eminent international legal academic and gain valuable insights into contemporary legal education, research, and global perspectives.

Objectives of Event

·         To provide law students with an opportunity to interact with Dr. Stephen G. Barnes and benefit from his academic experience.

·         To expose students to international and comparative perspectives in legal education and scholarship.

·         To enhance students' understanding of contemporary legal developments through expert academic interaction.

·         To encourage students to develop their interest in legal research and international academic engagement.
