The School of Pharmacy, Sharda University, in collaboration with Sharda Skill, will be organizing a guest lecture on “Effective Communication Skills for Academic, Professional and Career Success” for the Pre-Final Year and Final Year Pharmacy students.

Objectives of Event

The guest lecture will aim to:

  • Enhance students’ verbal, non-verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Build students’ confidence and professional personality.
  • Develop essential soft skills and employability skills required for career success.
  • Improve students’ communication skills for interviews, group discussions, presentations and professional interactions.
  • Develop awareness regarding professional etiquette, body language, active listening and workplace communication.
  • Prepare students for effective communication with patients, healthcare professionals, colleagues and prospective employers.
  • Strengthen students’ career readiness and placement preparedness.
  • Provide practical exposure to industry-relevant professional skills through collaboration with Sharda Skill.
