Overview
Sharda School of Design, Sharda University is organizing an Expert Lecture by Dr. Khushboo Singh, Founder, Aarya Fashions, Greater Noida. The lecture aims to expose students to real-world entrepreneurial experiences in the handicraft export sector while highlighting the journey of transforming indigenous crafts into globally recognized products. The session will emphasize women empowerment, sustainable entrepreneurship, and opportunities in the international fashion and handicraft industry.
Objectives of Event
· To provide students with insights into entrepreneurship in the fashion and handicraft export industry.
· To understand the journey from "Vocal for Local" to "Local to Global."
· To encourage innovation and sustainable business practices in design.
· To inspire students through the entrepreneurial journey of a first-generation woman entrepreneur.
