Overview
Deeksharambh 2026, Sharda School of Nursing Science and Research organized under the theme "Yuva Shakti, Viksit Bharat," the conducted guest lecture entitled "From Learner to Leader: The Growth Path in Nursing."
Objectives of Event
· To help first-year nursing students understand the scope, responsibilities, and career opportunities within the nursing profession. (SDG 4 – Quality Education)
· To motivate students to develop leadership qualities, ethical values, professionalism, and a commitment to lifelong learning. (SDG 4 – Quality Education and SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth)
· To familiarize students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to become effective nursing professionals and future healthcare leaders. (SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being and SDG 4 – Quality Education)
· To encourage students to cultivate critical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills in clinical practice. (SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being)
· To inspire students to contribute to the advancement of healthcare services and promote equitable, patient-centered care in society. (SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being and SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities)
