Overview

The Office of the Dean, Sharda School of Law, Sharda University is pleased to announce that Sharda University will be signing an MOU with Penn State Dickinson Law, The Pennsylvania State University, on 8th September 2026 at VC Board room. The MOU will be exchanged between Vice Chancellor sir and Dr. Stephen G. Barnes and It’ll be signed by Registrar sir, Dr. Vivek Kumar Gupta, on behalf of Sharda University and Professor, Dr. Stephen G. Barnes, on behalf of Penn State Dickinson law. The event will mark an important step towards strengthening academic collaboration and institutional engagement.

Objectives of Event

·         To formalise and strengthen academic collaboration through the signing of the MOU.

·         To promote institutional cooperation in legal education, research, academic exchange, and knowledge sharing.

·         To create a foundation for future collaborative academic and professional initiatives.

·         To encourage international academic engagement and broaden the global outlook of legal education.

·         To facilitate meaningful institutional interaction between Sharda School of Law and Penn State Dickinson Law.
