Overview
Sharda School of Nursing Science & Research (SSNSR), Sharda University is organizing a three-day interactive quiz competition titled "Nursing Mind Masters: Guess, Think, Diagnose & Win" for B.Sc. Nursing 3rd Semester students from 23rd September 2026 to 25th September 2026.
The event is designed to provide an engaging and innovative platform for students to apply their theoretical nursing knowledge through clinical clues, symptom identification, diagnosis-based guessing, visual recognition, nursing terminology, and rapid-fire questions.
The competition will be conducted section-wise over three days, with Section A on Day 1, Section B on Day 2, and Section C on Day 3. Students will be divided into manageable teams to encourage participation, teamwork, communication, quick thinking, and clinical reasoning.
The activity aims to transform conventional classroom learning into an interactive experience where students can "think like a nurse" by connecting symptoms, signs, clinical conditions, procedures, investigations, drugs, instruments, and nursing concepts.
Objectives of Event
- To enhance students’ knowledge of essential nursing and clinical concepts through an interactive quiz competition. (SDG 4: Quality Education)
- To develop students’ ability to identify diseases and clinical conditions from signs, symptoms, and clinical clues. (SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being)
- To strengthen clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and quick decision-making skills among nursing students. (SDG 4: Quality Education)
- To promote teamwork, communication, confidence, and active participation through collaborative learning activities. (SDG 4: Quality Education)
- To facilitate the integration and application of theoretical nursing knowledge into clinical situations through innovative and engaging learning methods. (SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being)
