Overview

The activity is being conducted under the initiative of the departmentof Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) to evaluate user experience (UX) and enhance digital literacy through interactive mobile and web applications. Targeted at socio-economically vulnerable and digitally underserved communities, this study aims to assess user behavior, accessibility challenges, and current competency levels in navigating essential mobile apps and digital public infrastructure. The program evaluates community awareness regarding intuitive design, safe app usage, digital payments, and e-governance platforms while identifying key usability and socio-technical barriers to digital adoption. Conducted through interactive usability workshops and hands-on app demonstrations, the session provides a supportive environment to empower participants with practical digital skills, safe internet practices, and accessible design solutions.

Objectives of Event

  • To evaluate user interaction patterns, mobile application usage habits, and accessibility needs across essential digital platforms.
  • To map usability barriers and socio-technical challenges in order to recommend targeted digital literacy training and user-friendly, inclusive app designs.
