Objectives of Event

  • Recognize the importance of language skills in effective communication with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrate basic listening and speaking skills using clear, respectful, and culturally appropriate language.
  • Use simple, patient-friendly language to explain basic health information, avoiding unnecessary medical jargon.
